How much does shipping cost?

How long does the shipping of my order take?

We ship orders daily from our store in Woy Woy, New South Wales. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within Australia. Express delivery usually arrives within 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Click here to see our shipping policy.

Can I visit your store in person?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to visit us at our store located at 4 Oval Avenue, Woy Woy 2256, NSW, Australia—right in the heart of the beautiful Central Coast. Can I order online and collect my order from your store?

Yes, you can! Simply choose the “Click and Collect” option at checkout to collect your order from our Woy Woy store. Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during our opening hours. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready for pickup—don’t forget to bring your confirmation email when you come in to collect it.

How do I create and account?

Creating an account is easy!

1. Click the Login/Register icon at the top right of our website.

2. Enter your email address and password

3. Once registered, you can track your orders, manage your details, and view your order history.

Registered customers start earning loyalty points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for cash discounts on future orders.

What is the difference between Hemp and Cannabis?

Hemp and cannabis come from the same plant family, but they’re cultivated differently. Hemp is grown for its seeds, fibres to be turned into hemp seed oil, hemp foods, hemp textiles and so much. Cannabis, in contrast, is typically cultivated for its flower which has varying profiles of cannabinoids, flavonoids, terpenes and other health benefitting components. Cannabis is one name for the flower that is used in a myriad of medical and recreational ways.

What is the difference between CBD and THC?

CBD (Cannabidiol) and THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) are both compounds found in cannabis. THC is psychoactive—it’s the part that makes you feel “high.” CBD, on the other hand, is non-psychoactive and is often used to support wellness without intoxicating effects.

Will CBD get me high?

No. CBD is non-intoxicating, meaning it won’t produce a “high” like THC. Many people use CBD for wellness purposes without experiencing any psychoactive effects.

Does CBD come up on a drug test?

No. Standard drug tests screen for a cannabinoid called Delta 9 THC, not CBD. However, some CBD products—especially full-spectrum or whole-plant extracts—may contain trace amounts of THC (up to 0.3% under Australian low-dose guidelines). While this amount is unlikely to trigger a positive result, it is still possible in sensitive tests, large doses or with frequent use.
