How to Use:

If we had to choose, the one word we’d use to describe Hemp Seeds is Versatile.  The soft texture makes this little seed suitable for all ages, even for children under 1, while the mild nutty flavour lends them to any dish, savoury or sweet. Try adding them to:

• Main Meals like pasta, salad, soup, stew, casserole
• Toast, cereal and porridge
• Dips and dukkah
• Smoothies
• Baking
• Raw treats

You’ve never met a seed more versatile, you can even incorporate them in desserts, sprinkling over fruit salad or even ice-cream.

So easy to eat raw and to blend due to it’s high oil content.

We don’t usually cook with Hemp Seeds, but toasting them does bring out their other side. Toasting Hemp Seeds produces a sea vegetable flavour like Wakame, beautiful on fish and Asian dishes, and even more versatile when developed into a seasoned salt.
