How to use

DoTERRA Balance Oil is a great daily companion to use anywhere and everywhere you wish to promote a sense of calm groundedness. We suggest

• Applying to the soles of your feet before a big day, or even on a daily basis
• Using on-the-go or as needed to call some centredness into your day. Apply to wrists and neck
• Diffusing during yoga or meditation
• Adding to an epsom salt bath

Directions

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
