     Hi Liz, Sorry for such a late reply. We have been moving shops and getting settled in.

     To answer your question, we haven’t received any feedback about the website not working on Samsung phones specifically, at what stage did you lose your order? We have had issues with the check out and have had to complete orders for customers on the phone.
     Please get in touch if this is something you would like to do.

     We are also in the process of updating our website so hopefully that should resolve these issues.
