3. We recommend you ship the item via registered or insured post to ensure safe delivery, as we are unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Prefer to return your item in person? You’re welcome to drop by our store and return eligible products directly. Simply bring the item in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase, and our friendly team will be happy to assist you with a refund or exchange on the spot.
