How to use:  

For best effects we recommend direct inhalation of Cannanda High Ground Immune Blend. Put a few drops into the palm of your hand, rub lightly and inhale deeply, cupping your hands over your nose and mouth. Dosing terpenes depends on weight, so use 2 drops for kids as young as 6, 3 for adults, 4 drops if you’re large and lovely. Repeat throughout the day as needed.
