Body Uses

• Hands/Face/Body: Small squirt applied to wet hands or washcloth.
• Makeup Removal: Lather several drops into hands, massage into skin and rinse.
• Hair: A few drops for short hair or up to ½ Tbsp (7.5mL) for long hair. Follow with a rinse.
• Bath: Approx. 2 Tbsp (30mL) per bath.
• Shaving: Face 10 drops; Underarms 3 drops; Legs ½ tsp (2.5mL).
• Teeth: 1 drop on a toothbrush.
• Foot Bath: ½ Tbsp (7.5mL) in hot water.

Household Uses

• Dishes: Pre-dilute 1:10 with water.
• Laundry: 1/3–1/2 cup for large load (regular washer).
• Delicates: 1 capful in 4L cold water.
• Mopping: ½ cup in 12L hot water.
• All-Purpose Spray: ¼ cup in 1L water.
• Windows: 1 Tbsp in 1L water.
• Toilet: Pre-dilute 1:4 with water.
