This isn’t your average oil! Hemp seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids and has the expert-recommended 1:3 ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 that’s ideal for human health. Other healthful fatty acids found in hemp seed oil include oleic acid, gamma-linoleic acid (GLA), and stearidonic acid.

Storage

Hemp seed oil is best kept refrigerated. For long-term (6 months ) storage, you can freeze our hemp seed oil. One of the many wonders of hemp seed oil is that it remains a liquid even at freezing temperatures.
