Note that this is not wild corcydeps, as these mushrooms are extremely difficult to harvest. Wild cordyceps are quite rare and actually only grow on the heads of live caterpillars. How to use

• Adults mix 200mg (or about 1/12 tsp) into hot or cold water for an instant tonic 3x daily
• Alternatively you could consume 1/4 tsp once daily

Ingredients and Contraindications

Cordyceps CS-4, dry extract 200mg/250ml. Equivalent to dry hyphae 2g. Do not use cordyceps when experiencing an acute fever.  Not suitable for those with a culinary mushroom allergy.
