Hemp has a perfect 1:3 ratio of omega 3 and 6, which is great for skin cell regeneration, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and more.

Chia on the other hand is the richest botanical source of 18:3 n-3 fatty acid currently known. Amazing for inflammation, dry, itchy and flay skin – as well as acne.

Both are incredibly hydrating humectant oils that prevent water-loss. All together you get a calmer, softer, smoother complexion.

How to use
