How to use

Start with 1-3g of MSM (approx 1/4 – 3/4 tsp) in water, juice or smoothies.

MSM is quite tasteless and water soluble, making it easy to add to most drinks. Use with vitamin C to boost absorption, like in warm lemon water.

MSM is well documented and studied for safety and efficacy. No studies have found interactions between OptiMSM and pharmaceuticals, herbs, vitamins or minerals.
